WHAT YOU DOWNLOAD
One moment.
Two files that belong together.
A Live Photo combines a still photo with a short moving clip. This tool puts a matching identifier in both files and packages them together for download.
The ZIP keeps the pair together during transfer. Importing it into Photos is a separate step; downloading the ZIP alone does not create an entry in your library.

A free online video to Live Photo converter.
No account to create and no upload to wait for. The converter runs in this browser tab. Use a current desktop Chrome or Edge browser for the best-tested conversion path; other browsers depend on their available media encoders.
Keep a clip up to 3 seconds, export silently at up to 1920 pixels on the longest edge, and choose the cover yourself. We never enlarge a smaller video. MP4 and MOV compatibility is checked when you convert.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Small questions,
clear answers.
Need help getting your files into Photos? Start with the import guide.
Can I turn a video into a Live Photo without an app?
Yes. This converter creates the paired photo and video files in your browser, without a dedicated app or an account. Adding those files to Photos is a separate step, and the available import options depend on your device.
Which video files can I use?
Choose an MP4 or MOV up to 50 MB. Standard H.264 videos work best. A file extension alone does not guarantee compatibility: your browser must be able to decode the source and encode H.264. HEVC, HDR and ProRes are not guaranteed.
How long can my Live Photo be?
Choose a clip between 0.5 and 3 seconds. Your original video can be longer; adjust the start time to keep the part you want.
Does the converted Live Photo have sound?
No. This version creates a silent moving clip. Your original video and its audio are not changed.
Is my video uploaded anywhere?
No. Reading, editing and conversion take place on your device. There is no account, media upload or third-party analytics in this version.
Can I save it straight to my iPhone Photos library?
The website downloads a ZIP containing a Live Photo directory package. Extract it in Files, open the .pvt item, tap its name at the top, then Save to Photos. That route created a playable Live Photo in our iOS 26.5 simulator test. A physical iPhone tester has confirmed Live Photo import; press-and-hold motion playback on that device was also confirmed. The loose-file Save 2 Items route produced separate items. Read the import steps.
Can I use the result as a live wallpaper?
Wallpaper support depends on iOS and additional compatibility requirements. It has not been verified for this tool. This version does not promise working Lock Screen animations.
